I have a copy of the dentist's letter and confirm Skipard's post. The dentist states he has no ties to BLTI, no deals. The tone of the letter is such that is sounds like a professional writing to other professionals, all of whom know each other - a professional meeting type of letter. He's putting his name and reputation on the line in front of his colleagues.
