Name change Halo Labs changes name to Halo Collective The common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") and $0.90 warrants of the Company (the "Warrants") will begin trading under the Company's new name on the Neo Exchange Inc. (the "NEO") on January [27], 2021. The Common Shares and Warrants will continue to trade on the NEO under the trading symbols "HALO" and "HALO.WT", respectively. The new CUSIP numbers assigned to the Common Shares and Warrants are 40638K101 and 40638K119, respectively. No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the name change. stockwatch.com
