I own some of this in a Roth IRA VEREIT, Inc. Announces Tax Treatment of 2020 Dividends Most of their 2020 distributions are non-dividend distributions (box 3). Do I need to worry about that at all since it's in a Roth? I assume (it sounds like) it's a return of capital and would be non-taxable in a regular account, but it's in a tax favored Roth account anyways....
