What Armsrtong said about silver was-------- The BIG hedge funds that have been maipulating silver , palladium and platinim are in possession in the London warehouses of what is estimated to be 1 years mine production of silver. They could bring down the price in a big way if they dipose of it then short it or any one of a number of combinations. There was a suggestion too that Russia is in the act on palladium or acting in concert with the group.
