My guess is they are all still working from home so they don't talk to each other. Probably everything is sent in by emails and it's a matter of people rotating which days they work. Those people are probably picking and choosing what they feel like doing.. For all the new retail that have come into the markets they must be making great money.. No reason not to hire a few more people to answer phones but they won't because like most companies they think everything will be back to normal soon...
