I can't teach a class on constitutional law on SI. You need to read, and read a lot. You are missing the point I tried to set out.

Do you know who Laurence Tribe is? He was part of the suit, perhaps the foremost constitutional law expert this country has ever seen, and he has zero issue with the emoluments case having been dismissed as moot. Why would that be if any of your accusations were valid?

Follow Tribe on Twitter for a while -- probably the easiest way and most accessible. I'm not on Twitter. Too old and worn out with all the barrage of information as it is. Read, listen, study, then make an informed decision about what you agree with or disagree with. As it is, you are making regular knee-jerk reactions about things you don't understand fully. Nothing to be ashamed of, very common, but it can be remedied if that's what you aspire to.
