Ugghh...I think this comment stems back to the regular posts you made about the election law suits or something like that. Somehow the Court is in cahoots with Trump or something equally misguided. Again and once again...fundamental misunderstanding of court process, judicial review, the law, and the constitution. The pardon question is a beauty! They will in fact take it up if he pardoned himself and asserts it when charged federally, and I do think it puts originalists in a very tight box. Would love to see them squirm over it. There are several wonderful articulations of the issue out there, if you want to search for them.
