Trump didn't pardon himself so your statements are "moot." Judicial Review is one of the best topics we could discuss. It was created out of political necessity. The Federalists lost power to the Jeffersonian Democrats but they still controlled the Supreme Court so they gave themselves this new power, a power to stop Jefferson even though they didn't have power. Jefferson said, 'it's not in the Constitution." This is the same guy who bought the Louisiana Purchase without the consent of Congress which is also not in the constitution. Gotta love how politics forces people to do 180s, Once we know the history of what and why judicial review happened it's easy to undo.
