That's the old CTL at one point +35%. Wonder if there is some news. This is one I have been acquiring since their acquisition of Level 3. Still think this is worth North of $20/share. Will have to do another Graham No. analysis.

What's interesting 3 of my top 10 positions this week +30% or more and have been laggards last 3 years. The fundamentals (to me) are still in the value range, reasonable PE's all are in good sectors. They include; BGS, UNFI and LUMN.
