If he were buying the puts, that would be a weirdly polarized and expensive straddle. Basically locked into losing at least some of his premium from $10-$25.

If he is selling the puts, he is willing to take a large position at ~ $10.50 effective price in July.

I think effectively this is a synthetic long stock position with a bit of extra bullish juice by striking so far out of the money. Invested $750 per pair of contracts instead instead of $1000 per hundred shares.

I honestly did not see it, which makes me feel a bit aloof. Thanks for pointing it out.
