PS, what the constant drum beat of 5/4 split decisions along party lines tells you, is that the decisions are being driven by doctrine and not legal logic.

When the two parties keep coming down with different interpretations for the same legal question, it begs the question why?

And even worse, is that the Democratic judges on the Supreme court have done a great job over the last 50 years following the logic and humanity.

So if the Democrats have it right, which they do, IMO, then what do the Republican's decisions reflect?

I am sure you would agree the idea of the law, is to gather the facts, and then make a determination.

In the Trump world, and mold, the right wing supreme court seems to be making a lot of determinations and then finding the law.
