The rebellion’s enemy just gifted to the insurrection brothers a lot of uniforms, food, and weapons.

I do not know what if anything the officialdom / establishment can do, except something totally unfair. But should they do nothing, the guerrilla fighters would simply flash-bob target after target until they hit a raw nerve and crater some important part of the system.

The war is on, in a sphere none had counted on, and I hope am wrong, but must take the possibility into account. Using leverage is unwise. Long is unwise. Short is unwise. Risk-neutral is bad science fiction.
