Gottfried, Good article. Points up something this thread has been slighting: Much of the demand for equipment is not captured on current book-to-bill ratios, or growth in current technologies. Especially interesting is reference to DSP growth as a driving force for the equipment makers, as well as need for players to move ahead to smaller diameters--whether they see growth in 1998/1999 or not.
