Exactly. The HF are getting what they deserve. HF investors and managers are getting ready to suffer the mother of all clawbacks! Yes, as HB said this may wind up affecting the whole investment universe. This could become a blackhole for the whole market. This is exactly the LTCM scenario from 1998 that preceded the Internet bubble meltdown. Again, the Blackhole analogy is appropriate here. LTCM became a blackhole because everybody thought that risk was being spread in the market but it was in reality being concentrated. Investors beware what you think is a fire burning in the next state, may very well burn your house down! There were some strong movements in the PM sector this morning. G-n-G
