Croc, thanks for the info on West Coast Trail.

I wonder how difficult it is and how much conditioning is necessary before going, so it won't be absolutely brutal.

Thanks for the pretty link on the book, when I'm feeling better I will have a good look at it. Think the flu is catching up with me.
