RUT - Yep... fraid the final highs aren't in. That's not to say you won't see more immediate downside that allows you to take a big enough profit to add a new wing to the mansion. :) A wider view confirms the reversal target is roughly 20% higher, or 2555 to be precise. The chart shows the target coming courtesy of the megaphone breakout.
