I would tend to agree, but those conclusions can only be reached by testing under a given protocol, which I am sure ZEN is doing. Where the unknown is, and is obviously being exploited by shorts is, is the delivery of GO from the 3rd party "consistent in content". If so, how do you prove that? Because it also must be proven by tests.

Anyway, it may be a moot point and I am out of my league as far as understanding what HC wants or needs. But shorts seem to be able to move the stock on "something", the issue is to guess accurately what it is?

So far had I shorted the 2.67 I would be a loser, glad I decided to just take the profits and run on the day :)
