When I asked the question if Win98 and NT will be around in 5 years I am assuming that the computing model will be very differnt than it is today. Microsoft still will be dominant player? but will the platform they base there standards on be similar to Win98 and NT I doubt it. If I knew the answer to this question I could be as rich a Bill Gates. My point is no one really knows the answer not even Bill Gates.

By admitting that the future is wide open, means the game has not been won but is still in the 3rd inning. Microsoft has the lead, can they keep it. Who knows this game could go extra innings. ;)
