Hi Dave. The stock options is not new news. They were announced
Aug 8. @ $3.03 good til year 2001. When you say this is the second
set of incentives in less than two months, are you referring to the July incentives for 1.50? That was a puny 10 000 shares. The latest one was a far more significant 395K shares.

If you don't already know, you may be interested in knowing that
the Oct 2nd short interest is 1300 up from zero. Whether this was
done by insiders, I don't know.
