No offense there should not be any allowance of naked short selling past 100% of the float. It is counterfeiting shares and the company affected whose capital forming abilities have been damaged and affected parties long the stock should be able to sue the parties involved and jail time should be served. It also damages small public firms ability to grow if you are subject to a short attack or stock price deliberately kept down.

What people are sick of is privatizing the gains and socializing the losses from poor decisions of the elite class. The next group of people who were prudent should get the future spoils of a recovery not the same schlucks remaining on top.

There is so much fraud within this industry on all levels you could write a book thicker than the Bible.
