Some other big questions are: 1) Can others make wcdma work without the Q? 2) How much are Q's wcdma patents worth? 3) What rights do existing licensees have to Q's new patents on wcdma? 4) What legal battles over IPR are in the future? 5) Are we going to be rich or poor? Hopefully we will hear at least partial answers to these questions on 2/10. All this was inevitable and has been in the Q's strategy of mass licensing. Caxton
