I seriously doubt you ponder anything. No one has yet mentioned any successful merger of a relatively large size being successful.

Of course you cheerleaders, can do the rah rah (this time its different) dance, this time E "running around wall street" Pfiefer can pull it off. But this puppy, is heading for the dumpsters.

Even the so called long termers will no longer look at it as long term, should this dog start trading in the teens.
