Joe, Araldica is growing the company through acquisitions but my hope is that they go all the way and find a well established PR firm. I have had several guys that have called me hawking other small-cap and BB companies. I could tell that they were fly by night firms because they didn't know beans about the financial side of the companies they were pushing. Mostly they would say, its a good deal. They are in discussion for contracts with bla, bla, bla.
A reputable PR firm is more expensive, but generally you will not find them cold-calling. They will set up conference calls, and use the Internet and stock newspapers to really promote the stock. This is what Araldica needs. Spend more up front and they will be greatful with a higher stock price as a result.
