Janet Yellen was Fed Chair during the Kenyan's years and the first year of President Trump. She kept interest rates near zero and did quantitative easing just to keep the economy afloat for those Obama years. Then the minute that Donald Trump was elected, she began to raise rates and reverse to quantitative tightening. In spite of no help from the Fed, Trump's economy left Obama's barely-2% growth in the dust and cut unemployment to historic levels. He also cut black and Hispanic unemployment to all-time historic lows! Now we have Yellen back in a place of power spouting Biden's leftist plans.
