Obviously ZE is referring to the tuning system patents when referring to revenue. We know full well that ZE is MUM when it comes to the HDTV/VSB patent. In addition, the FCC had not even adopted VSB as the standard when the report was filed. ZE could not refer to royalties regarding VSB before the standardization. This jives with the discussions that I have had with Kevin et al... It is a fact that ZE had some analog tuner patents from years ago and that is what is referred to. I will, however, speak with Kevin ASAP.
