Dave, The stock has moved up very nicely since the December lows. I look for a continued rise to the 17-20 range by the time they go on the air with the new network on September 1. I am basing that on the projected free cashflow of 160 million if they sell out all the advertising. That should command a stock price of 28-30 per share. So, 17-20 at that stage of the network development seems reasonable. I believe they will continue to keep a stream of positive news releases coming. This, and favorable general market condidions should keep the price rising. The key of course is how well they can sell out the advertising. I feel safe in this stock, and believe I have limited risk for the first 9 months of operations. That takes me out to June of 1999. There are a lot of companies out there that have programing available, but no stations or gateways. PAX has a tremendous gateway and will be very successful. New government regulations have made these stations very valuable. I believe positive news can come from any direction any place and at any time. Good trading.
