| | | >> Per Wiki: A stand-your-ground law (sometimes called "line in the sand" or "no duty to retreat" law) provides that people may use deadly force when they reasonably believe it to be necessary to defend against deadly force, great bodily harm, kidnapping, rape, or (in some jurisdictions) robbery or some other serious crimes ...
That cop had no reason to believe it was necessary to defend against deadly force. That woman wasn't threatening a soul, nor did she have any weapon. Not only that, there had seconds before been at least five officers were deadly as hell standing right next to her and she was neither aggressive nor threatening.
As she climbed into the window, she was AMBUSHED. Not told to "Halt!" and in fact not one word was said to her. The first thing she heard was the gunshot that killed her.
Where are the broken hearts for this woman? She didn't deserve this. If anything she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Where is the investigation of this woman's death? She's clearly being treated differently because she's white.
"Then there's the matter of secured government people, places, and stuff. If you break into a missile silo, the White House, or Fort Knox, you can reasonably expect to be shot. That's the default. Same goes for the innards of the US Capitol. "
I'M PRETTY SURE had that been BLM, there would have been no gunshots. It was an overreaction by the cop, a murder, and a lesser finding ought not be tolerated by the public.
A lot of us are about fed up with the "Let them Eat Cake" attitude that the Left is spewing from within the Capitol. But the murder was over the top. The constant lies about it coming from Pelosi are, too. |
