To All:Lee Cooper one of the regulars here has been enduring the Asian Flu.
From what Lee has told me it has been utter agony stoically endured. It has bedridden him but he was still able to leave his bed to rescue a child trapped in icy raging flood waters, then helped pile sandbags until he collapsed. He says he is doing better.
I was deeply touched by the above story. However his wife when I phoned had a slightly different version saying he has only left his bed to get more beer which he justifies by saying he has to drink plenty of fluids. She portrayed him as the 'whimpering whiner' and said she was booting his butt back to work Monday.
Regardless of the situation of his convalescence I think we of the Flame thread should give a Lee a Flame thread get well. I am going to wish him a long recovery followed by a sudden relapse as this has been the longest he has gone without trying to withdraw funds from his account at my brokerage.
