Nonsense. There were armed Capitol police within feet in both directions.

I would recommend you cut loose of the NYT and family accounts and wait until official accounts are available. It is what I do and it is the reason I usually get stuff right. You know, follow the science and the truth.

Bullshit. She had no idea there was an armed cop hiding off to her left. How could she have known? She couldn’t have seen him. He don’t her from a blind.

Never had a chance to have known.

It was a clear murder and there damned well ought to be outrage in DC if they let that cop off.

I make no argument that she was “in the right”. Only that she didn’t deserve the death penalty. And the circumstances did not warrant the murder of this woman. Regardless of the nature of the crowd.

Once again, I remind you of the dark moment know as Kent State where the military turned its guns on protesting civilians.

Or, if it is easier for you, imagine she was black.
