| | | The combo looks interesting. I placed it on my watch list, may get it. But — by now, you know that my default is on the conservative side. Those caps have 22mg of Zn - which is double the RDA for men, and almost triple for women (8mg). Together with a normal diet, it’s even higher.
Quercetin and the green tea extracts are 900mg (usually, caps are 250-500mg).
Long story short, if I get it, I’ll take one on alternate days. Also, the green tea extract contains 1% caffeine. Those sensitive to caffeine should try taking the supplement in the morning, rather than at night.
Like you, I’ll continue taking those supplements after I get the 2nd vaccine shot.
BTW, a couple of weeks ago I realized that soon they may open vaccine eligibility to new categories of people, including young folks, who may not even need it all that much. That would make it a lot harder to get vaccinated. So, I started actively looking into getting the vaccine. Eventually, got it through the County health department. |
