When I opened my account, one of the questions I was ask was whether I wanted to receive information such as annual reports etc etc from the various companies that I owned stock in. In the last five years even though I am trading with a discount broker I always have received the annual reports, with the proxies enclosed. I wonder if it is only us snowbirds up north, that the companies must send the information to.
So far as I know, the companies have to send this information to the stock holders. Possibly, this a requirement of being listed on the VSE ASE TSE. The only time I didn't receive the annual report with the voting proxies was when I purchased a dog that went off the board into never never land.
I haven't received any information at all from NPA. If I do I'll let you know.
I wonder thought, what is to be accomplished by pooling our proxies.
Probably the first time that all the shareholders that have been screwed by the bandits can actually get together to discuss some plan of action. Even if we had enough votes to take over the company, then what. Yes it is better than not doing anything. But what is the goal?

Good luck
