The bus is driving, it is driving forward, or backwards as the case may be.
The bus driver is driving the driving bus.
The bus driver had the drive to drive the bus forward, driving it into the driving rain.

If Jeff was a better artist you could see the driving rain driving down.
Rain is very hard to draw.
It could be snow I guess, then that isn't grass it is paint.
If that is Greene paint and not snow, then my answer is space lasers.
