Message 33141883 So 3 weeks later Zenners now realize that HC is not as efficient as they had suggested. I mentioned that shorting the stock was a no brainer for that reason on the 12 of Jan but of course no one wants to listen. Now, couple this with the fact the INK has not been submitted to HC, that makes the distorted view of "soon" seem somewhat disjointed? Dube/Fenton are doing the tests needed to MAKE AN APPLICATION to HC. They stated they would let shareholders know when they are finished those tests. That NR is not here yet! So the 40 day clock has not even started, and, I have yet to see ANY HC application no matter what type take 40 days, the reining incompetence that is prevalent in HC is only exceeded by the incompetence in Politicians that think they know better than Scientists. So you get what we have, a mish mash of what should be a stream lined organization. So what does this all mean? Well as indicated in the above link (JAN 12) I projected at 2.87-92 FV with a 3.08-10 top. That's the short at the moment, but we should have one more collapse coming. What was the top and bottom today? 3.10 and 2.92 I love it when a plan comes together.
