The riot at the Capitol was people doing what they do after an election is stolen.
Yes, in Russia or in Venezuela,
In this country the people who believe that election is stolen provide investigation, collect evidence and go to court.
That's what Rudy did, but almost all of his cases were thrown out by judges, because of the lack of evidence.
After the courts are lost, and there is no evidence, you know what candidates do?
They concede the election and congratulate new President elect.
Trump chose to organize the coup and send his mob to attack Capitol.
Should he be tried, convicted and put in prison?
No doubts about that.
