Dave--Went back and checked: the three million figure came out at the Comdex expo the first week of June. It was also around this time that the company said it had the capacity to produce 5 million Zips this year, which naturally leads one to suppose that that was what they meant to do. (We'll leave aside for the moment a production manager's remark--denied by the company--that they would produce 8 million Zips in '96.) Funny everyone seems to have forgotten about this stuff. Janice
