It has been pretty quiet here for a couple of weeks...I will break that silence.

I have finished my 4 types of heart tests and it looks like I passed them all. My last was an ultrasound of the heart which I had yesterday. It has not been commented on my doctors but the technician gave me a thumbs up.

I expect to be called in to discuss the tests and I expect an all-clear.

This comforts me as the heart is attacked and blood clots are formed by COVID in worst cases. I am lucky in a way since 4 months before my attack by COVID I had 2 stents put in....Why was that a good thing????.... Because I was on blood thinners and other meds before the attack which prevented serious damage....even though I was hit hard elsewhere.

I feel 90% ok now but not 100%. While I can walk almost normally, I can still stumble on occasion and I suffer from small dizzy spells once in a while... I don't fall down, I don't lose consciousness but they bother me.

I look at the news and FINALLY the problems of the long hauler are being thought of. There are 2 clinics in Calgary specifically for Long Haulers that have opened in the last month or so. You need a doctor's referral to go there and since I have recovered so much I am not so sure I qualify anymore but I will discuss this with my GP well he calls next.

Some lock down restrictions will be lifted next week so it will get me out of this apartment prison for something other than Grocery shopping and med tests....still a long road ahead though.
