SBE looks like it could move up to $50 or slightly higher very soon. 50-day SMA is support and stop at $38.86. It should be a short, fast move up if it happens. Probably pinned to $40 tomorrow. Nice pull! schrts.co MACD is also curling up above zero, which is good. If it moves up, it may be a terminal move (ending an uptrend). State of the Union is Feb. 23, and electric cars and all kinds of other green stuff will probably be in it, along with similar initiatives.
