Hi Dave,

Yea, it looks like we may be looking at that $15 per barrel price in the next two weeks. However, some folks seem to thing that Iraq is maxed-out in production now and that they can't pump that much oil. Whether that is true or not I don't know, but I think we will see a Saudi reaction to all of this. If the Saudi's perception of these events gets them wired it could make the expansion of the oil for food deal the best thing that could happen right now.
