Yes, but we need a factual, normal investigation
Right now we have the FBI investigating. If we go beyond their normal business model, it will be some special investigation run independently but still under the general purview of the FBI, as was Mueller's. I don't know who would be better qualified than the FBI. They have investigatory skills and authorities and a culture of objectivity. I would be satisfied with that arrangement.
I suspect you would not be satisfied with anything that did not affirm your narrative, which it likely would not.
Remember, your cohort has already written off former friends like the FBI, the intelligence agencies, the courts, even those R judges appointed by Trump, R officials such as the AG and the governor etc of GA, the Supreme Court, and the entire R establishment. That's on top of the investigative reporters from the media, whom you wrote off long before Trump. So, who ya gonna trust to uncover the truth? It's sad and lonely out there. |
