Participation is voluntary Standard procedure .. Last chance to cash out at the TRUST NAV .. Since the stock is trading for $40 .. I can't imagine anyone opting for the $10.09 in the TRUST .. The vote to approve the merger with Charge Point is 02/11/2021 per your post Triff ..
