Bruce:

Right about ONSALE...they seem to be getting a lot more traffic than ILII right now...average of about 8 bids per item.

ILII's american site seems to have had a lot of bids established since I last checked this morning, although most bids are at minimum or below minimum bid price. Canadian site still works for me...although only a couple of items have a bid on them.

I am really curious about a couple of things:

1) What will be of the Cybermall (isn't this what gives them a supposed $1.5 million dollar revenue in the fourth quarter?)?

2) How does ONSALE set their minimum prices and are they profiting. There are some outlandish prices set as minimum bid ($299 for a Pentium 233MMX system including monitor?!?) Are they risking serious loss on some of these items?

3) Why is ONSALE and not ILII's site on the main shopping site (ie. why do we have to go through the auction icon in order to get to ILII whereas ONSALE is direct from the shopping site?)?

Curious...but I expect these are start up trials and tribulations. I guess there is no better time to experiment than the month after Christmas.

Regards,

Obie.
