You just jump-jolted my synapses. I used to run a single scan that was a series of identical code criteria grouped between numerous ALLGROUPS with each using different input lists. Problem was that when it ran the only hits came from the final input="*.lst". Sound familiar? The ones that duplicated hits came from was a single input list with different ALLGROUP scan criteria that must have overlapped.

Have you tired that yet? Running one scan with different ALLGROUP criteria from the same input list instead of trying to combine 4 seperate scans afterward. You'll still get duplicates but maybe that will work to put them in one file. Might get complicated depending on each of your initial scan settings.

Otherwise its back to the drawing board.
