fsp . they do list their properties on their website. i dont know how often they update it. a brokerage firm recently reduced their fair market value from $5.50 to $5. Did you do any analysis as to what the private market value of their holdings might be? do you know what percentage of their lease payments they are collecting now? at the moment i am in a borrow from peter to pay paul mode, and i would have to familiarize myself with the management of the company before i buy any shares. I am 93% invested.
