Bob, useful data! Over what period of time do you evaluate each stock?
As you probably know, IBD shows 197 industry groups by rank each day.
They go by 6-month stock performance. I'm not sure how useful that is.
Right now the semi equipment makers and oil drillers are at the
bottom of their list. Time to buy? Some groups are at the bottom
and stay there for a long time.

But I want to say that results you develop yourself are more
meaningful than what you read in a paper.
