Thomas Group, Inc. Loses Recent Board Addition
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 1998--Thomas Group, Inc. has announced that Perry E. (Bill) Esping has resigned from the board of directors because of increasing demands on his time from his numerous other business obligations. Esping, who joined the board less than one year ago, had been a valuable contributor in planning the future of the company.
In commenting on Esping's resignation, Chairman/CEO Philip R. Thomas said, ''Bill Esping has demonstrated leadership and has established himself as a true friend of Thomas Group. While we understand Bill's decision to concentrate on his many other business interests, we will miss him as a valuable board participant.'' Esping is the chairman and chief executive officer of BRC Holdings, Inc., a Dallas, Texas company. Esping also serves as chairman of the board of MatriDigm Corporation and is on the board of directors of Service Data Corporation, Brite Voice Systems, and Computer Management Services, Inc.
