It is fine for it to be contentious. But stopping it after substantial progress is underway and putting thousands of workers out of jobs is just mean-spirited. No credible argument can be made that it is (a) better for the country, or (b) better for the environment.

There is only one thing it is better for: Cancelling Trump.

Anyone who supports that does not support the country.
