In the real world, which we can predate before President Obama was elected, it only took a majority to win a vote in the Senate. Then, republicans required 60 votes for everything, even judgeships so Dems invoked the nuclear option and let the majority rule. My point is, our Constitutional system was upended and then destroyed because white supremacists within the gop couldn't handle a black president. That's why we have so many EOs. They hate the Constitution and love lawlessness.
