OT: Some sells by me today, fwiw

DOC. (Thanks for mentioning it, grommit). Lost patience.

AEE. Give up for a small loss. I just do not have patience to hold such a utility when I see so many other things that pique my interest. In past this has not worked well for me; giving up on value/utility when I should just sit on my hands instead of pushing buy orders for obviously overpriced securities (that keep moving up). This is FOMO! Fear of missing out. Gonna get my head handed to me, if I'm not careful.

JMHLY. Trim position in prep for closing position. The siren of other stocks beckons.

SP. Close. Parking lot business. If/when people fly then they'll do better. Lot of debt with this co.

DEI. Another real estate co. Closed position.

KW. Yet another real estate co. Closed position.

TEN. Leaving it Icahn. Maybe reconsider and reenter as company gets closer to splitting in two.

R (Ryder. Exit

Auto retailers: Close PAG, trying to reenter GPI which looks cheaper to me, but not getting my price today.

Trim GEF. Barrels/containers for mfg.

DSSI. Trim this oil tanker stock (small loss)

OLN. Selling remainder out of ira. Still holding some in taxable account (short term gain)

HENKY: trim position

MRK: close position (gave up/small loss)

Adds:

AIRT. Total speculation. Only a very few shares owned and bought.
finance.yahoo.com

APHI. Add as it moves up pari pasu with Tilray. (I like that Latin expression! Hope I'm using it correctly.)
finance.yahoo.com

CNC. A very small add. Almost a value stock; more gaarp stock imo.
finance.yahoo.com

PERI. Absolute gamble by me - total speculation. Just a most very few shares. I would like to limit my losses to just these few dollars. If the stock can go up --- IF -- over time -- and IF I can hold on (a BIG if also), the percentage gains could be good. Absolute dollar gain won't move the needle in my portfolio, but it might be interesting to watch how the stock develops, or not.

And that's about three metaphors in this post. I'll stop now. -g-
