sense I thin in one aspect you are right "Just STOP... Those idiots have ZERO ability to direct the economy and have it make sense... in anything other than ensuring their corruption pays off for them... and they don't CARE what impact it has on others... as long as you remain blindly willing to believe that what they're proposing is "for the good"... instead of "for themselves". Everything they do... is corrupt. Everything they do... makes things worse for everyone else... except them."

As to the other points I brought up I have no other reasonable solution. After all too much democracy as the Greeks discovered is not necessary a good thing but democracy is the best from the other type of governance and true it is strongly bribed.

Related to infrastructure and alternative energy I disagree with you if it is deployed smartly meshed in with SMR’s preferable the TRISO - MSR type

And wind power is also taking over. This is a complicated subject and you can visit my slideshare posts to get some ideas. For implementing what I envision you need plenty of smart people that cannot be bribed.
