Wow, that's immediately what I thought, that FUBHO intentionally missed the point and tried to change the narrative from the article you posted into some conspiracy theory that you were pushing!!

Turning funding for more home grown technology into an effort to steal technology from other countries is a HUGE leap. Boggles the mind how it went down that rabbit hole....
